Partition Magic 8. Lost Partition!!

You have definitely done something so crazy if you are curious about programs like me. Crazy I mean installing programs and running them thinking they will make your computer better. I did run this program partition magic 8. Indeed its a magic program because Alas! after what it seemed like repairing my partitions they three of them disappeared! At first i thought it was just a minor thing till I got online and found thousand of people with the same problems. Worst of all no one is giving a tangible answer, These are some of the things I tried with no success.
1. I did a system restore but it just uninstalled the programs and retained its magic.
2. I tried the diskpart command but the volumes could not be seen in command prompt.
3. The disk management window gave me this error



After all that failed I tried to use the like programs. I installed Easeus partition master and Mini tool partition wizard tool and I was able to undo the harm by using the following:
First download a copy of Minitool partition wizard and install it. You must crack or buy edition to apply changes made.

I decided to merge two disks one hidden and one that is visible.

Procedure
1, Click on the the disk you want to merge that is hidden or have asteric.

2. then select the disk you want to merge it with. Note that its important to read all the information in       the program to know the next instruction since its user friendly.
3. after that you will finish the procedure.
4. Apply the changes on the left most button in the second row of the commands menu.

it may request to restart the computer just click YES.
After it restarts it will effect the changes and after restarting you will have all your disks in place.

I know there are other ways to do this but that one worked for me maybe it will for yours too! feel free to ask questions if you have any!

Caution!! don't install utility programs that you are not sure what they are for... if you must do it in a virtual machine to test its effect.

DO IT YOURSELF!!

You have the passion to do so many things but it always ends up like a fantasy, right? you just fantasize on those great ideas and smile on them! You never take the courage to try them out because you are afraid of failure? Or are you afraid that people will laugh at you? Oh no! I think you feel that no one will appreciate your effort! I don't know what’s stopping you from becoming that person but I know what? You are not alone, but after reading this you will be probably be alone if you don't change that perception.

There are many things you have outlined in your life and you really want to achieve and they constantly accumulate and now they are even troubling you and you are looking for an easy way out! It’s time to stop that kind of a life. 

I have always had so much interest in many things but more so I have always wanted to learn to be all round. To do as many tasks as possible, not so that I can get a job one day but to make my life diverse and have a better taste of life in varied fields. 

The first step to start living you dream is to stop thinking about it and start working to get it. I have always wanted to learn how to repair computers. But I so afraid to try because I thought if I try to repair and it does not start I will have to pay. That was while in form three taking Computer studies. I had a computer that was just impossible to complete tasks. It kept hanging, the hard disk is not sufficient, The RAM is even smaller. It was impossible for me to do what I wanted but until I decided that I want a better machine, I could not nothing about it. The one day in a very simple manner I come into the computer lab and dismantled the whole CPU and started to assemble it. I did it slowly but carefully and also cautiously looking at the door not to be caught by the teacher. After an hour or so, Alas I knew about the inside of my Computer, now all remained was to look for the spares I needed and I had what I wanted. Satisfied I was now comfortable with it. That was me. I had to decide and more importantly is being ready to handle the consequences.

Sometimes you have an initiative that you want to achieve. Maybe you want to start an organization or a foundation. But you just toy with the idea.  It’s time to stop. What you need is to start looking for like-minded people and also relate with those who have already started theirs and they will tell you for free that it’s the simplest thing to do. The hardest of all is usually to decide to ACT on the idea. Once you make the first step, you are done! I did it because someone encouraged me.

You may try out things and you feel like it’s too hard to be achieved. Its taking a lot of my time and I don’t know is I can do it. But just know that, there are no single person who is successfully and have a legacy that tried once and it worked. There are countless nights that I have stayed on trying to make things work but they don’t but I never give up, if they totally fail, I seek advice from more experienced people. This week I have had two terrible nights. One trying to format a computer whose hard disk is almost failing. For those who knows this, it will never format. It reaches a certain percentage then fails the process. It took me a whole day to figure out that since it had crashed. Then several hours to extract the personal files for the client in the crashed hard disk. But I did it and the client was happy. If I decided it was impossible, I couldn’t know the solution to the problem. Troubleshooting sometimes is more important than recommending for a new system in this age.

I cannot finish without stating this. Yesterday I was learning how to make LAN cable, a process that the professions take about five minutes to complete took me four hours to make two working cables. And am proud of my work! Now I know how to. I had to even call a friend to remind me the colour codes! Now I have an added skill in my list. What are you doing in that discipline you are in to ensure that you fit in?  Which solutions are you offering the society? These are the main questions that make me keep going because I want to make a difference in my locality.

There are so many things you can do in your free time and they make you outstanding. Don’t just stay there and watch movies, instead listen to music while your eyes, hands, mind and focus is on innovation! Be the change and do it yourself!

I will keep giving your ideas on what you can do in various fields, this is in technology. You are in environment, think on how to make it more friendly like how do you solve the channeling of waste water in houses and make it useful? Ever thought how there can be a drainage garden? In Business, how do you create solutions while making profit? You have the knowledge, the skills maybe you lack the resources, start working on the first two and you will be surprised how resources start coming around.

People need, doers now because almost everyone nowadays is a thinker! Do it yourself and get out of the DREAMING ZONE!

Operating Systems

 Operating system is the platform in which all other applications run. That’s the form one computer studies definition that I learn. They vary depending on what you want to install but mostly for common use, Microsoft is the most used OS. There is specification for every operating system that one wants to install. Here are some tips on the operating systems in case you want to install them.

There are variety depending on the developer for instance for Microsoft, we have Windows XP, Windows NT, 2000, VISTA, Windows 7, Windows 8, 8.1 and now the latest windows 10. For the Linux we have Ubuntu operating system and Linux such as Kali Linux, Ubuntu and Zorin just to name a few. Then we have the Apple devices Os; Mac. Os. These operating systems each have its advantage over the other but as for me I have been using the Microsoft products ever since mostly. I have experienced the Ubuntu and Linux.

Linux Operating systems are commonly used by the Cyber cafe business due to their ability to withstand viruses or rather are not infected. They are also easy to install and occupy less space. For developers, they offer an excellent platform for doing so since they are stable and multipurpose. Those interested in the coding and command prompt operations finds it even entertaining when using Linux. I love Linux by the fact that you can also run it in a flash or disk without installing it in the hard disk and perform any task you want to perform in your compute such as deleting a virus that has been dodging the antivirus. Also clean your computer. The graphics and appearance and also its User interface is quite complicated. That’s what makes it unpopular to many domestic users.

Windows on the other hand offers what is appealing to the eye. Its user friendly and they have continuously worked on that feature to make it the easiest to use and offer even more personalized access to the device. The earlier versions of Windows such and XP, Vista and others were quite low in design and even the graphics. However, this makes them lighter to install in a computer with low specifications such as RAM, processor speed and Hard Disk. If your hard disk ranges from 40 GB and your RAM is less than a 1 GB, then consider Windows Vista or XP your choice of Windows. What you should check however is a higher service pack sine there are 3. Try Service pack 3 of Windows.

Now to those whose laptops and desktops have higher memories and hard drive, and I mean more than 1 GB the you can consider installing Windows 7 or 8. Windows 7 for a long time has remained the best operating system and the most stable and also offering a platform for installation of third party application programs and they run successfully. It has over powered windows 8 and 8.1 due to that capability although 8 and 8.1 has had a better appearance and also interface. I must say that with the advent of windows 8 and 8.1, Microsoft seemed to be targeting touch screen PCs and tablets and not majorly the rest. This is due to its user interface that takes the whole screen in tiles form.

The most recent release of windows 10 has come as a blast! There is nothing like it. Its features and capabilities and even the ability to integrate windows 7 and 8 features together has made it even most unique. Many are afraid especially developers that it might turn out as the windows 8 did but I have tried it since the development stage and its stability is wow! With specification being 2 GB ram and let’s say 40 GB hard disk its very attractive and also entertaining. The personalization of your PC is even more enhanced. You haven’t tried it yet? My Diary

Ever looked into you past and started to see the things you did then and you are like "Aah did I really do this? you look into the friends you had then and where you are now and you start wondering where you went wrong? Or you start wondering what you lacked then that you have now? You even ask God why me?That is me.

I am going to start this in a very simple way. Sometimes we are just impossible beings when we cannot see where we are going. Looking back to the things I have done and the trials I have passed, I usually feel I deserved them for I was lost.

Whenever someone you entirely depend on leaves your life, sometimes we get find ourselves in a very trying moment and we wonder how we are going to come out of such a situation. I have gone through that and after he left all that remained was hell at home. The fees, the meals the upkeep and all other sweet things life just vanished and what remained was just a vacuum in our entire lives and we were now hopeless and helpless, a situation worse that pain. This pushed me to the edge to start a life i was not ready for. A life that was full of "fun" but deep down was ailing, wishing that I would meet him along the way. 

I did drop out of school not because I was not bright  but because I could not bear seeing my mom in such a situation. Life can be trying sometimes and you even wish you were not born but my friend you are here for a purpose. I would wake up in the morning and wander the whole day each day with a new direction. I almost though I was a domestic tourist because I did see great things. I had to survive so I did what I had to do to survive. I survived on other people's farms. It was only some few months that I went through that hell with my family I could not  take it anymore but what am I to do?  Life did change after that I did start working on Feb 21st 2001 but that was after mom forced me to it. after which we had better days but I am  a drop out now best in my class and top in the school. Is this how I was to end up? No it is not my end! Things did change and I did get a second chance but was I ready? Was I the same? how did I cope? Do I still regret? Am  I mad at him? 

There will always be times when you cannot face what life has to offer but what is more important is how decide to react. My journey have been a trying one. Maybe not the worst but has changed me. This is just the beginning of it. the beginning of a journey full of trials and inhumane behavior.
